On Orders over $100
Sooo Sensual Lingerie offers free shipping on orders over $100, not including applicable taxes. We ship WORLDWIDE. Orders are shipped via USPS. You should receive your order within 7 business days. Back-ordered items will be shipped when stock is replenished. You will be notified if an item is temporarily out of stock or no longer available.
Orders shipped to Ontario will be charged 8% PST. Orders shipped to British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, Yukon, Northwest Territory, Nunavit and Prince Edward Island will be charged 5% GST. Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland/Labrador will be charged 13% HST.
All sales are final. Any discrepancy in the order received must be reported within 5 days upon receipt of the goods. Sooo Sensual Lingerie only accepts returns if there is a defect due to the manufacturing process. Health regulations stipulate undergarments are non-returnable. We feel that this policy is best for all of our customers.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. You will not be re-charged shipping and handling fees for your replacement merchandise. Returns sent C.O.D. will be refused. For your own protection, you may wish to send your return back to us by insured parcel post or courier if these services are available in your area. We are not liable for damaged item(s) returned to us or returns that are not received.
Due to the seasonal nature of the items, we are also unable to refund or exchange Holiday Garments and Costumes. Any Costume purchase made during the month of October is not eligible for return or exchange. Any holiday specific items, such as Santa Suits are not eligible for return or exchange.
All packages sent for return, credit or exchange must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number referenced on the outside of the package. Any package received by us without an RMA number will be refused and returned to the sender. Please email us to request your RMA number.
